All items are handmade and may include slight variations in color, shape, and finish. Custom pieces are created based on the information and photos you provide, and accuracy depends on the quality of those submissions.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Production & Turnaround Time
Each piece is made to order. Estimated production times are provided but may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the work. Typically 2 weeks is our average turnaround.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless discussed in advance. If you are unhappy with your item, please reach out to discuss a possible remake.

Intellectual Property
All artwork and designs are original and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Liability
I am not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear over time.
