Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships. Estimated about 2 weeks depending on time of year.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Most products come with free shipping. 

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delays
I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may not be replaced or refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact me. I will work with you to find a solution, which may include filing a claim or remaking the item.
